Advantages:
1. Thickness
The full-surface adhesion of Bauwerk parquet can be used in combination with different floor coverings of the same thickness without “stumbling blocks,” such as moulding or raised edges. When butting against pillars, staircases, or doorframes, for example, the floor installer does not need to use expansion gaps near fixed building elements
2. Heat transmission
Thanks to the compactness of glued 2-layer parquet from Bauwerk, it has an ideal heat transmission resistance factor of 0.038-0.09 m2k/W and thus reduces the cost of energy, compared with other construction.
3. Impact noise (no hollow sounds)
Full-adhesive wood cannot vibrate and therefore reduces resonation noise levels by 50% when compared to floating parquet.
