Healthy living spaces have a future. This has been underscored in a survey for the new construction projects in Berlin and Bad Staffelstein. The semi-detached and terraced housing built according to the Sentinel Haus® Concept naturally comes with parquet from Bauwerk.
At the moment, the Französische Gärten (French Gardens) development is under construction in Berlin. This is a residential part with 44 semi-detached and terraced homes built according to the Sentinel Haus® Concept. This is the first construction project with precisely defined healthy living specifications built in Germany. There are currently three partially complete housing units and the rest will now be finished in succession.
The resounding success of this concept is also reflected in sales. All of the living units except seven were sold before construction even began. Parquet will be installed in all of the living areas in the houses and naturally from Bauwerk Parquet. The 130 m² of residential space in each house makes this a very nice property for Bauwerk Parquet.
And the story continues: The same investor is currently developing the ParkGärten Lichtenrade, which is a project with about 5,000 m². In this case, we have an existing property, which has to be renovated and expanded. Sentinel Haus® is also consulting on this project, and plans call for the involvement of the same partners.
A multi-family house built according to the Sentinel Haus® Concept is also underway in Bad Staffelstein and Bauwerk Parquet Multipark will be installed. A film documentation will be created which will present and explain the Sentinel Haus® Concept.
Healthy Living
Those who live naturally not only like to have a clear conscience towards nature but also do something beneficial for themselves and their families.
