Bauwerk Parkett factory sealing is very tough and allows the appearance, structure and grain of the floor to be shown to its natural full advantage. The sealing is absolutely free of formaldehyde and other ethereal toxic materials and thus completely safe for your health, does not cause air pollution, and is even ecologically safe during the production process. In addition, this sealing is highly wear-resistant and very stable chemically. Factory-sealed surfaces from Bauwerk Parkett are available in sealed, matt-sealed, and high-gloss sealed finishes.
Bauwerk adhesive parquet is delivered unsealed. This means the surface treatment is applied on site after laying by the professional installer. It can be either sealed, oiled or treated in another way as requested by the customer.
In addition to our standard wood colours at Bauwerk Parkett, we have also created an entire series of attractive colour stains to give you an even greater range of possibilities when selecting your individual parquet flooring. To ensure the long-term beauty of these colours, the parquet wood is either stained during a complicated manufacturing process or treated with a carefully mixed natural oil-stain product.
A large number of our floors are finished with a natural oil treatment for a very special natural feeling. The wood surface thus has a particularly natural appearance, is very matt, and feels like untreated wood. This feeling can be strengthened in combination with a brushed or other structured surface finish.
