Credit or debit card
You can conveniently pay with Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Please ensure that your credit or debit card is enabled for online payments. If you have any questions, please contact your issuing bank.
Your credit or debit card will only be charged once the order process has been completed.
In the event of a return or cancellation, the refund will be issued to the bank account linked to the credit or debit card used for the original payment.
Please note that, depending on the card provider, it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account.
TWINT
When paying with TWINT, you complete the checkout process directly in the TWINT app on your smartphone. The payment is processed using the bank or credit card details stored in your TWINT account, so you do not need to enter them again for each purchase. Your payment information is stored exclusively with TWINT.
At the end of the checkout process, you will be automatically redirected to the TWINT app. If you are already a registered TWINT user and logged in, you can confirm the payment immediately. If you are not yet using TWINT, you can download the app, create a TWINT account and then complete your payment: https://www.twint.ch/download/
In the event of a return or cancellation, the refund will be processed via TWINT to the TWINT account originally used for the payment.
If a refund via TWINT is not possible, we reserve the right to transfer the amount to your bank account. Refunds to a different TWINT account are excluded.
PayPal
When paying with PayPal, you will be redirected directly to PayPal at the end of the checkout process. There, you can pay using the bank or credit card details stored in your PayPal account, without having to enter them again for each purchase. Your payment information is stored exclusively with PayPal.
If you already have a PayPal account, simply log in with your credentials and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can create an account and then complete your payment: https://www.paypal.com/ch/home
