Feature strips

Subtle accent

Feature strips are thin wooden strips or inserts that introduce decorative accents and structure the design of the parquet in a subtle way. Custom-built and perfectly matched to your parquet surface, they make it possible to intentionally emphasise room axes, transitions or various laying patterns.

Feature strips subtly divide the floor and create elegant transitions in the room.

Creative details for uniform design

Feature strips can be used to visually divide or frame various laying patterns, including parallel, herringbone and cube patterns. They signal transitions between the different zones of a space, or emphasise architectural lines.

Technical precision in production

At Bauwerk Parkett, the production of these fine elements involves careful custom manufacturing with precise mill cuts and perfectly fitting formats. Despite their delicate appearance, feature strips meet all requirements when it comes to impact resistance, durability and ease-of-care: they withstand everyday use and last a long time, just like the parquet itself.
