Casa Patio
Spatial continuity and material aesthetics in perfect balance
When architecture meets the highest material quality, something more than space emerges – an atmosphere. In Casa Patio, a residential house designed by the architectural firm LOMA Architetti, this approach is reflected in every detail.
Like the house itself, the parquet combines tradition with a contemporary spirit. Natural, high-quality and stylishly understated.
LOMA Architetti has created a residential house with Casa Patio that reinterprets architectural tradition. The new build brings together the classic Roman atrium with a modern, open spatial composition. A glazed courtyard forms the heart of the house, connecting the four main areas of living, dining, cooking, and working into a flowing ensemble.

For the interior’s elegant appearance, the choice fell on oak planks from the Cleverpark 1250 collection in the colour Crema. The finely structured parquet, with its calm wood character, accentuates the house's clear geometry and restrained material palette. It lends the rooms a warm, Healthy living atmosphere and offers a soothing contrast to the white walls, the dark wenge wood doors and built-ins, and the generous glass surfaces.
