Chez Olive
Elegance in the flow of time
Chez Olive is a storied manor house in Martigny, reimagined from the ground up – with respect for its historic identity and an aspiration for contemporary living quality.
Cleverpark 900 – the perfect parquet for classic elegance in a modern context.
Designed in 1910 by architect François-Casimir Besson, the building underwent decades of alterations that at times heavily obscured its historic character. The aim of the current remodelling was to reveal its architectural origins while meeting contemporary living needs, resulting in an open sequence of rooms organised around a central core that allows light and movement to flow through the house.

In keeping with Chez Olive’s architectural concept, which harmoniously connects past and present, the herringbone-laid Cleverpark 900 parquet from Bauwerk Parkett integrates beautifully into the flowing spatial design. The lively grading of Oak Mandorla lends the floor a dynamic depth and a vibrant structure – subtle, yet effective. Enhanced by its natural oil finish, the wood remains breathable, supporting a healthy, comfortable indoor climate.
